Victor S Moores

Victor Stanley Moores, of Nampa, passed away on May 15, 2023 at the age of 90 years.

Victor was born on December 10, 1932 to Eugene and Winnie Pearl Waye Moores in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.

Later on, he met the love of his life, Eva May Hope. They were married on August 7, 1953, and raised four children; Phillip, Chris, James and Patricia. They lived various places, including Sunnyvale, California. Later on in life, they eventually settled in Nampa. Victor made a career for himself as a Pressman at the Pacific Press. He had a love for music, and played trumpet with various bands. He became interested in music recording and was able to produce his own recordings.

Victor is survived by his loving wife, Eva; sons Phillip (Lorina) Moores of Rodeo, NM, Chris (Martha) of Nampa, ID, and James (Paula) Moores of Boise, ID; and his brother, Cecil of Waterdown, Ontario, Canada. He is preceded in death by his daughter Patricia Godwin, who passed in 2015.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service in his honor on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at the Nampa Seventh Day Adventist Church, 307 W Iowa Ave., Nampa, ID at 3:00 pm
