Susan Francine Washington

Susan F. (Hoffman) Washington was born on March 27, 1949 in Fairbury, Nebraska to Ivan Hoffman Sr. and Audrey (Hoffman) Robertson. She was the 2nd of 4 children born. 

In 1954, the family moved to Filer, Idaho where she attended school until the 8th grade. She then moved to Jerome, Idaho until her senior year.  Shortly thereafter, she moved to Nevada where she had her son, Ron T. Hoffman, on May 15, 1967.  While there she met and married Patrick D. Hennessey.  In June 1967 they moved to Nampa, Idaho where she had her daughter Dena S. (Hennessey) Buck on August 8, 1968.

She is survived by 2 brothers and a sister, as well as 2 children, 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. 

Susan always had a smile on her face or had a joke to tell.  She loved her flowers: Lilacs, Roses, and Peonies were among some of her favorites. She also loved her animals.

In lieu of flowers or plants, Susan requested that donations be made to the West Valley Animal Shelter in Caldwell, Idaho.
