Sharon Lee Heath

Sharon Lee Heath, 73, of Nampa, Idaho passed away on November 5, 2020 in Boise, Idaho.

Sharon was born in Omak, Washington to Etta Margaret Wynn on January 29, 1947. She graduated from Nampa High School and then went on to marry Douglas Emery Heath on June 12, 1965 in Brewster, Washington. They started a family in 1966 with their first-born child Sonja. And then in 1971 they had their “twins” Wesley & Crystal.

Sharon first and foremost was a servant of her father in heaven Yahweh.  She was also a wife, a sister, the Best mother ever, and a friend to many. Mom loved her heavenly Father and spent a life of study, devotion, and service to Him. She enjoyed sharing her love for Him and His ways with all who asked. It would be impossible to truly know or understand our Mom without the understanding of how much she wanted everyone to know the love of her heavenly Father Yahweh.

To be close to Mom meant you had access to her love, knowledge, help, advice, house, kitchen, car, and money. She had a way of making everyone feel at home and safe. Mom made a life of giving to others. She loved to cook, and she had a small following of foodies (Ken Bundy and Uncle Vern being the most notable of these.) She loved music and shared that passion with all of us kids. I think we all have fond memories of listening to music with our Mom. She had many gatherings of friends and family; eating, laughing, praying, crying, and talking through the night were common. It was a very happy and fulfilling life to be raised by you, Mom.

It has been hard for us to lose another parent. It feels like we lost them both twice, once due to them both having Alzheimer’s and then again when they passed. Thank you, Mom, for all the love, attention, and care you gave us. We were truly blessed to have been raised by you. We do and will always miss you greatly. We know you found your forever home and it gives us great joy to think of all the happy reunions you are having.

Sharon is preceded in death by her husband Douglas Heath, stepfather Henry Brown, mother Etta Brown, sisters Brenda Duke and Carrie Stockdill.

Sharon is survived by her daughter Sonja Swanson and son-in-law Michael Swanson; her daughter Crystal Dalrymple and son-in-law Kevin Dalrymple; her son Wesley Heath and daughter-in-law Loraine Heath. By her grandchildren, Alexandra Swanson, Josh Dalrymple, Savannah Heath, and Kyle Dalrymple. By her sisters Charlene Brown and Debra Espinosa.

Sharon’s family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Spring Creek Memory Care of Boise and Heart and Home Hospice Care.
