I miss Jane and Paul, as they were such good neighbors. Ready to help in anyway. Jane shoveled my walk-way and sidewalk for me during the bad snowfall a few years ago and I appreciated that so much.

Jane was my first cousin that I got to know in 1969. It was quite a shock to find out what happened. I talked to her in early September. I will keep her brothers and their children n prayer.

Coach - there are a lot of meanings and emotions associated with that word. To me, Coach Taylor epitomized all the positive aspects of what it means to be a Christian coach and mentor. I will always remember him as a tremendously positive influence in my life as a young man who was trying to find his way through college and life. I remember Jane as being so supportive of Coach and she had a ministry of her own to the students she came in contact with over the years. They will be missed but not forgotten as they have both left a remarkable legacy.

I have been a neighbor of Jane for only one year but during that time I saw Jane put her faith into pratice. During the bad snow last winter she shoveled the driveways and sidewalks of several of her older neighbors. Every Sunday she took one of the older neighbors who could no longer drive to church. I knew if I needed anything I could call on Paul and Jane and they would help. When I think of Jane and how she was so dedicated to her family I think of Proverbs 31:10-31 "A wife of noble character who can find She is worth far more than rubies." Paul and Jane will be missed the neighboehood will never be the same without them.

Years after running track for Coach Taylor, we were traveling together to a national meet in Sacramento when Coach got hooked on a rendition of the old hymn, Precious Memories. Much to my angst, I bet we listened to that song at least 20 times! It became my "precious memory" of spending a great weekend golfing and watching track with Coach. To Tammy and family, I can only say that your Paul and Jane were two of God's great people, and I feel privileged to have known them.

Great love to Uncle Paul & Aunt Jane! They loved each other so much & were a loving, positive influence on all of us! They will be greatly missed in this world but I have great comfort in knowing that their faith in God was so strong & they are in a beautiful place now! Coach Taylor was a big part of our lives when we first came to NNC in 1973. For those four years at school he was our mentor, friend, and track coach. We have kept that friendship all these years with the Taylor's. We will truly miss them.

So much love was felt from Paul and Jane. I met Coach in 1967-68 out on the track. He made all of us feel like track stars. Sempathy to the family members.

How fondly I remember our family's relationship with Paul and Jane when we lived in Nampa in the 1960s and '70s while Paul and my dad Morris Weigelt were both faculty at NNC. My heart goes out to the family and the extended community of colleagues and friends who are navigating this complicated grief.

Coach Taylor was my professor for several PE classes during my time at NNC. As an older student, he gave me lots of extra time on the timed runs, as he understood, I was trying, but the body wasn't willing. I took archery from him, he would watch me, and told me several times, he just knew I was closing my eyes while shooting, but could see they were open. I just couldn't shoot the target in front of me, I seemed to like targets several people away. I passed the class, but never did get good at shooting my own target.
Jane, because of you always being a good friend, listening when I needed to talk. I never would have gotten through college without that friendship. And that friendship continued after I was done with school.
You will both be missed.
My thoughts and prayers are with the remaining.g family and friends.

Tammy & Family: We are deeply saddened to hear about Paul & Jane. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. What great friends and a fine loving couple. We had many great times together in fellowship and doing so many things together. We got to know Paul & Jane very well while he was working on his Master's degree at the University of Colorado in Boulder. They attended First Church of the Nazarene in Boulder with us. Of a very special note is the fact that Paul & Jane became God Parents to our daughter Tammy while there, as Jane loved to hold our daughter Tammy so much. We will miss both of them . May God richly bless you and your family. David & Janice
