Patsy Anne Stover (Torrey) died in her home in Boise on December 30, 2017 at the age of 79. Patsy is survived by her children, Rick Stover, m. Regina Stover of Boise, ID, Patti Newell (Stover), m. Will Newell of Kennewick, WA, and Randy Stover of Boise, ID. Siblings, Vicki Sherman (Torrey) of Emmett, ID, Linda Whittington (Torrey), m. Ron Whittington of Portland, OR, and Bill Torrey of Atlanta, GA. Seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Husband Lee R. Stover, February 25, 2013, precedes her in death.

Patsy was born on August 19, 1938 in Boise to Vernon and Margaret Torrey of Kuna, ID. She graduated from Boise High in 1956. She married Lee R. Stover in 1958. Patsy enjoyed being the post master of sweet Idaho. She also enjoyed being a Syringa club and Native Daughters of Idaho member. A memorial will be held later this year for both Lee and Patsy for close friends and family.
