Laura Dorothy Solis, daughter of Claude and Velma Ellis, was born on January 25, 1934 in Oregon and entered into rest February 22, 2018 at her home.
On July 14, 1952, she married George Efren Solis, they became the parents of Michael, James, Doris, Judith, Virginia, Christopher and Dorothy.  She was preceded in death by her husband, George, parents, two brothers, two sisters, three granddaughters and one great-grandson.
She is survived by three sisters, one brother, seven children, 15 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
There will be a public viewing on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 12 Noon - 8:00 PM at Alsip and Persons Funeral Chapel, 404 10th Avenue South, Nampa, Idaho 83651.  Funeral services will be on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Meridian Church of God Seventh Day, 1808 W. 3rd St., Meridian, Idaho 83646.
