Frances Higgins

Frances "Frankie" D. Higgins was born June 5, 1940 to Frank Hilton and Thelma Souders Hilton in Boise, Idaho. She sadly passed away November 25, 2022 in Nampa, Idaho. 
Frances attended school at Reynolds Creek Grade School and Melba Schools. In time she met the love of her life, Robert S. Higgins, and were married on August 17, 1968.
Frances worked as a waitress for some time, and eventually owned a bed and breakfast, the White Rock Inn. In addition, she took care of her children at home. In her free time, she enjoyed quilting as well as arts and crafts. 
She is preceded in death by her mother Thelma; her father Frank; her twin sisters Jeanette and Jeanie; brothers Bob and Gary; and her daughter Verona. She is survived by her husband Robert "Bob"; her four sisters, Martha, Hazel, Anita and, Carole; her brother, Chuck; and her Children, Cathy, Bonnie, and, Patty. 
She leaves behind 9 grandchildren, Cristi, Brad, Donna, Randy, Melissa, Venessa, Sean Jr, Robert, and, Krystal; and 7 great-grandchildren. 
Services will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at Alsip & Persons Funeral Chapel, 404 10th Ave S. Nampa, ID.
