Douglas E. Heath

Douglas “Doug” Emery Heath, 76, of Nampa, ID, passed away on May 4, 2018 in Caldwell, Idaho.

Military honors will be held at 11:00 AM on May 10th, 2018 at the Idaho State Veteran's Cemetery in Boise, Idaho.

Doug was born in Twisp, Washington to Willis and Ella Heath on March 15, 1942.  Doug graduated from Twisp High School and then went into the Army where he served for two years.  Doug married Sharon Brown on June 12, 1965 in Brewster Washington.  Doug loved the outdoors and enjoyed walking, hiking, fishing, shooting, rock hounding, sweets, making up nicknames, and kissing his wife.  Doug was always joking.

Doug is preceded in death by his father and mother Willis and Ella Heath; his brothers Howard, Jack, Rod, Vern, and Gail; his sisters Alta, Doris, and Roberta.

Doug is survived by his wife of 53 years Sharon Heath; his brother Carl Heath; his daughter Sonja Swanson and son-in-law Michael Swanson; his daughter Crystal Dalrymple and son-in-law Kevin Dalrymple; his son Wesley Heath and daughter in law Loraine Heath. By his grandchildren, Alexandra Swanson, Josh Dalrymple, Savannah Heath, and Kyle Dalrymple.

Pallbearers will be, Carl Heath, Wesley Heath, Michael Swanson, Kevin Dalrymple, John Stockdill, and Terry Long.
