Charles “Chuck” L. Bray, age 83, passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 in Garden City at Emerson House. He was born on July 20, 1933 in Macomb, Oklahoma the son of Luther and Stella (Motley) Bray. He moved with his family to Salinas, California at the age of 12, and later moved to Nampa, Idaho in 2007 where he resided with his wife, Jeanette (Foiada) Bray.

Chuck was in the active Navy for four years during the Korean Conflict, after being honorably discharged he went into law enforcement for many years. He later worked for Sysco as a salesman, and served in the Monterey County Sheriff's Reserve Motorcycle Squadron for 15 years. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Jeanette, and one son, Rick Bray.

A graveside service at the Idaho Veterans Cemetery will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial cards can be sent to the family at 2934 North Thames Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83646.
