Barbara L. Johnson

Barbara L. Johnson, 78, of Meridian, Idaho, passed peacefully in her sleep on Monday, April 9, 2018, due to complications of pneumonia. Barbara, otherwise known as Barbie, was a sweet and sassy woman who loved her family dearly. She had a smile for everyone and melted hearts of those who knew her. She was also known as Mrs. Johnson who taught 2nd and 3rd grades in the Fayetteville-Manlius School District for 33 years. She adored her students and their families.

Barbie will be painfully missed by her daughters and their families : Jennifer, David, Kenzie and Josh Clements of Nampa, Idaho, and Kara, Bill, Maynard and Brayden Sachs of West Deptford, New Jersey. Barbie is also survived by her siblings : Tad Foringer of Hampton, VA; Thelma Ross of Upland, CA; Scott Foringer of Philadelphia, PA; Lisa Sten of Prospect, PA; and Mindy Gall of Butler, PA.

A local celebration service will be held in Meridian, Idaho, later this month. Please contact the family for more information.
