Allen Ray Clausen

Allen Ray Clausen, 89, of Nampa, Idaho passed away on March 3, 2022. Allen was born in Newport, Nebraska on October 5, 1932 to parents Henry Clausen and Rose Sanders (Clausen).

Allen enlisted in the army in 1952 and became a decorated serviceman. Once discharged, he spent his time working as a truck driver until his retirement. Allen was also a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles.

He is survived by his children: Steve Clausen, Mike (Audri) Clausen, Larry (Laura) Clausen, Rodger Clausen, Ron (Ann) Clausen, and Kathleen (Rick) Hodge, his siblings: Trudy McDaniel, Raedeen Ames, Sharon Henley, and Luis Clausen, as well as 14 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Clausen and Rose Sanders, his siblings, his wife: Lora Clausen, his son: Rex Clausen, and grandson: Daniel Clausen.

A viewing will be held on Thursday March 10, 2022 at Alsip and Persons Funeral Chapel from 4-7pm.

All are invited to a luncheon beginning at 12pm celebrating the life of Allen on Saturday March 12, 2022 at the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Lodge (118 11th Ave. North, Nampa, ID 83687). In lieu of flowers, contributions and charitable donations may be made in Allen’s honor to the Eagles.
