I have known Norm and Julie for nearly thirty years. I hold all the memories shared with them near and dear. Watching them raise two amazing children, Marshall and Morgan. Watching them persevere through the good times and challenging times. Always opening their door, sharing a meal, and lots of laughter. Norm was a man of firm conviction; he did not mince words. He meant what he said and said what he meant. Julie, you are always a pillar of dignity and grace. I lift you, Marshall, Morgan up in my prayer. Norm I pray you have found the peace in eternity that eluded you on earth. You will never be forgotten.

Oh Cheryl, I'm so very sorry for your loss. Although I didn't know Norman, I knew he made you happy and that's very important. This is such a shock, I wish you could have been together longer.

Will miss you much Norm! So many fond memories of the summer in Staunton that we spent together at Aunt Katies and all the family gatherings where you and your family were present. Rest in peace until we all meet again. Love to you and your family, Cousin Kirk.

My deepest condolences to the family. May you be comforted by the outpouring of love surrounding you. May Isaiah 41:10 sustain you during this trying time. "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you, I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness."

You left a big hole in our lives Norm. I know that big heart of yours is full of goodness and one day we will visit again in a better place of peace and joy. I love you brother. You will be missed. It won’t be long and I’ll be looking you up. To your children, they were the greatest legacy of your life and may they find faith, strength and courage to carry on in this world stage of trials and tests. Farewell until we meet again in that great world of spirits. Forever your friend, Mark Hess
