It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mike Cantrall, who peacefully departed this life on Friday, March 15th, 2024, while enjoying an evening at home. Born on October 27th, 1958, Mike was the youngest child among his siblings.
Mike's journey began in Kansas City, Missouri, where he spent his early years before embarking on new adventures in Southern California. There, he built a beautiful life, marrying and welcoming two daughters into the world. Mike's commitment to community was evident through his active involvement as a coach with Special Olympics, supporting his youngest daughter and countless others.
In 2004, Mike and his family relocated to Nampa, Idaho. He left Idaho for a short time after a divorce. He returned to Nampa, Idaho where he found love anew in his wife Sue Monson. Their union in September of 2022 was a joyous occasion, celebrated alongside cherished friends and family.
Mike leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion, survived by his adoring wife Sue Monson, daughters Shawna Cantrall (36) and Cortney Cantrall (35), as well as his brothers Allen Cantrall, Phil Cantrall, and sister Julie Cantrall. While he may have departed this world, his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Mike is preceded in death by his parents, Shirley Cantrall (2011) and Harry Cantrall (2015), who surely welcomed him with open arms into eternity.
